Singing is an outpouring of your heart of thankfulness and love for God. When you sing to Him, you’re declaring His greatness, His glory and that He has a first place in your life. Singing allows you the chance to express how you feel about God.Ĭome, let us praise the LORD! Let us sing for joy to God, who protects us! Let us come before him with thanksgiving and sing joyful songs of praise. It’s a natural overflow of your love and gratitude for God to sing to Him. But if you’re a follower of Jesus, you will want to sing to Him. There are many verses in Scripture that instruct us to sing to the Lord.
